Infraproject Consult Ltd. in partnership with Legacorp Ltd. prepared an Application for participation in an open procedure for awarding a concession and determining a concessionaire to one of the candidates, consisting of:

• Offer with the following content:
  • Presentation to the participant with evidence of the experience in performing activities with a subject identical or similar to that of the concession for sea beaches
  • Available human resources for the performance of the services subject to the concession
  • Financial status of the participant. Information about the origin and the source of the financial means and their amount of the participant, with which the obligatory activities on the sea beach will be provided and the proposals set in the offer will be realized.
  • Proposals for the organization of the activities for use of the sea beach – object of the concession, according to the current legislation and the requirements of the Grantor
  • Proposals on the criteria for evaluation of the offer
• Financial analysis with a financial model for the entire term of the concession
