Elaboration of a project proposal for application of a private company for funding under the Operational Programme “Innovation and Competitiveness” 2014-2020 (2017)

Within the Operational Programme “Innovation and Competitiveness” 2014-2020, the procedure BG16RFOP002-3.002 “Increasing energy efficiency in large enterprises” provided support to large enterprises in Bulgaria for the implementation of energy efficiency measures aimed at achieving sustainable growth and competitiveness. The contracting authority is a private company in the extractive industry sector. The project investment value amounts to BGN 6.5 million. The services that are the subject of the contract include:

• Development of project proposal and complete project documentation (including application form, project budget and required accompanying documents);
• Coordination of the submitted project and communication with the financing institution during the evaluation of the project proposal;
• Preparation of tender documentation for the activities within the approved project.
