On May 28 and 29, 2025, Rozalina Kozleva, PhD and associate. prof. Savina Mihaylova-Goleminova Ph.D carried out a training for employees of South Central State Enterprise (SCSE), town of Smolyan, on “Management and Control of Public Enterprises” under the Continuing Qualification Programme, with the assistance of the Centre for Educational Services at the Sofia University “St. Kliment Ohridski”.

The main objective of the training was the preparation and evaluation of the business programs of public enterprises, the economic dimensions of the management of public enterprises, state policy, etc.

The training covered key aspects of the methodology for assessing the implementation of business programs, including analysis of financial and non-financial goals, accountability, control and sustainability reporting under the requirements of the European standards.
