Green City Action Plan Varna (2021)

Infraproject Consult provided local financial experts to an international consortium preparing the EBRD-funded Green City Action Plan. The team participated in the development of the following tasks:

• Vision and strategic goals – providing sector-based advice on relevant strategic visions /goals;
• Policy options and actions – as sector experts, review of the long list of potential environmental actions prepared by the consortium to assess the feasibility of the Varna context and identify all missing potential projects to be included; Providing sector-specific additions to the long list of actions that could build on or improve existing or previous actions;
• Development of actions – preparation of project fiches, incl. development, review or revision of project fiches, assessment of their applicability to the context of Varna; Evaluation of the actions included in the short list in terms of capital and operating costs and contingencies /consultations.
