\"\"<\/a>Over the years, the company has worked on numerous projects related to the award of concessions of beaches on the Bulgarian Black Sea coast, following assignments by the Ministry of Regional Development and Public Works, as well as under contracts with candidate concessionaires. In 2005 financial analyses and offers of private companies for participation in tenders for selection of a concessionaire for the following sea beaches were prepared: \u201cBurgas \u2013 Central\u201d, \u201cBurgas \u2013 North\u201d, \u201cKozluka\u201d, \u201cGarden \u2013 Central\u201d, \u201cDolphin\u201d, \u201cIkantalaka I \u201d, \u201cKranevo \u2013 Central\u201d and others.<\/p>\n

In the period 2008 \u2013 2009 as a partner of Eurolex Bulgaria Ltd. the company elaborated financial and economic analyses for granting a concession on a number of sea beaches, including: \u201cAheloy\u201d, \u201cBalchik \u2013 Central\u201d, \u201cBalchik \u2013 Palace\u201d, \u201cBozhurets-Topola 1\u201d, \u201cBozhurets-Topola 2\u201d, \u201cBozhurets-Topola 3\u201d, \u201cSBA\u201d, \u201cChernomorets\u201d, \u201cDobrudzha\u201d, \u201cGradina West\u201d, \u201cEmona-Bunardjika\u201d, \u201cIzgrev-Horizon\u201d, \u201cKabakum \u2013 Central 2\u201d, \u201cKavatsite \u2013 South\u201d, \u201cKranevo \u2013 International Children\u2019s Camp\u201d, \u201cKrapets \u2013 Central 2\u201d, \u201cNew Beach \u201cFish \u2013 Fish\u201d, \u201cObzor-North\u201d, \u201cObzor \u2013 Children\u2019s Camps\u201d, \u201cPanorama\u201d, \u201cRomantika\u201d, \u201cShabla Lake\u201d, \u201cShkorpilovtsi-South\u201d, \u201cSmokinite \u2013 South\u201d, \u201cSozopol \u2013 West\u201d, \u201cVeselie\u201d, \u201cZlatna ribka\u201d. The subject of the concessions were the management and maintenance by the selected future concessionaire of the respective sea beach against the right of the concessionaire to operate the sea beach for the term of the concession.<\/p>\n
