Justification and documentation for granting a concession have also been developed.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">In 2019, a legal analysis and financial assessment of the forms of management and operation of the Central Mineral Bath \u201cBankya\u201d were prepared, analyzing five possible forms of management and operation of the bath and the possibility of building and managing an indoor swimming pool: municipal enterprise, commercial company with a sole owner of the capital \u2013 Sofia Municipality, renting, service concession and construction concession.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">In 2020, the company elaborated legal, technical and financial-economic analysis, justification and documentation for a concession for the construction of an indoor swimming pool and for the provision and management of SPA services in SPA center, encompassing the pool and the bath.
