The plan covers the following areas:<\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>urban public transport and intermodality;<\/li>\n<li>street network and car traffic;<\/li>\n<li>paid parking and buffer parking lots;<\/li>\n<li>pedestrian network;<\/li>\n<li>bicycle network;<\/li>\n<li>intelligent transport systems;<\/li>\n<li>electric vehicles;<\/li>\n<li>city logistics.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The Plan contains an analysis of the current situation in terms of mobility, the key issues for each area are set out, and a vision and concept for sustainable urban mobility are proposed. The total budget of the evaluated projects and initiatives until 2035 amounts to 3,8 BGN 8 billion. Financial and economic analysis (cost-benefit analysis) has been prepared for the Plan. Within the framework of the Plan, additional studies have been prepared, among which:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Action Plan 2019 \u2013 2020;<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Parking Management Program;<\/li>\n<li>Three Feasibility Analyses with subject:\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Launching of new lines with feeding function in the residential districts Ovcha Kupel and Lyulin and delivery of rolling stock;<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Rail transport for suburban and intercity transport;<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Construction of a new tram route on T.
