Dnipro Metro Extension Project, Ukraine (2017-2018)

The company provided key experts to the consortium Project Planning and Management Ltd and COWI – Belgium on the project for technical assistance for the Dnipro Metro Extension Project, Ukraine, amounting to a total of EUR 224 million. Services rendered under an agreement with the European Investment Bank comprised:

• Diagnosis Report on the existing public transport network
• Diagnosis Report on institutional and regulatory framework of public transport and SWOT analysis focusing on the interaction between the metro and other transport modes
• Development of a marketing and publicity concept for the subway stations
• Solutions to institutional barriers
• Solutions to regulatory and fiscal barriers
• Conclusions and recommendations
