Project Management of Construction of Hristo Botev Stadium and Sports Complex in in the town of Kozloduy (2013)
The project “Construction of Hristo Botev Stadium and a sports complex in the town of Kozloduy and reconstruction and modernization of a sports complex in the village of Butan, Kozloduy municipality” has been funded by the Rural Development Programme 2007 – 2013. The project management consulting services included:
- investors control;
- preparation of the necessary reporting documents and reports on the implementation of the project, including a final report;
- assistance in the correspondence in connection with the implementation, reporting and payment of project activities;
- comprehensive methodological support in the process of project implementation.
