The scope of services provided by the company includes:

• Preparation of a comparative analysis of the economic indicators of the Water Supply and Sewerage Operators;
• Participation in meetings with the Ministry of Regional Development and Public Works, SEWRC, WSS Operators and other stakeholders in order to prepare a Draft ordinance on the criteria for water supply and sewerage operators and the qualification of their staff;
• Preparation of a Draft Ordinance on the criteria for water supply and sewerage operators and the qualification of their staff.
